Mirror, Mirror on My Wall (inspired by Bruce Nauman) forces the viewer to face themselves as they contemplate life, death, pleasure, pain, love and hate. Baby pink, often associated with a little girl’s bedroom, was my color choice for the enamel surrounding the mirror. This suggests that even in youth and innocence, there is a struggle with one’s feelings.
